Role Overview
You will serve as a Technical Application Specialist supporting Epicor’s LumberTrack/BisTrack ERP software, Android mobile apps, and Data Cubes, located in Vernon, BC. Your role includes diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical and application‑related software issues for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the support queue and investigate, document, and resolve or escalates support cases.
- Manage and follow up on assigned support cases, providing timely updates to customers by phone and email.
- Escalate P1 and urgent issues to the Support Manager.
- Provide functional application training to customers on Epicor products.
- Troubleshoot and recreate software issues reported by customers, logging tasks for software development as required.
