Job Description

  Main Activities: 
 You will work closely with our clients mainly active in the Private Client Wealth Management space.
 Provide consultancy services to our clients to assist in the implementation of our products. Specifically, you will be responsible for the technical setup, parametrizations and integrations between our products and the banking applications.
 Assist the client in the data migrations.
 Participate in regular customer review meetings.
 Being the second line subject matter expert in resolving customer requests and issues in collaboration with involved parties.
 Produce requirement documents and technical specifications detailing enhancements and extensions to our products
 Support our Development Group on customer related project work
 Validate and keep the customer environments up to date (internally and customer site)
