Responsibilities

• Open and close work orders
• Prepare appointments for the next day
• Manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles
• Answer calls and schedule appointments
• Follow up on parts orders
• Understand and apply manufacturer warranties, including prepaid maintenance plans
• Process extended warranty claims
• Manage multiple IT platforms

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive field (any type of position)
• Passion for customer service and ease with the public
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
