Responsibilities

• Perform financial reporting compliance activities, operational best practices recommendations, monthly closing activities (as applicable)
• Must be always updated on technical accounting developments and issues
• Ensure that deliverables are prepared in accordance with the Client’s request and preference
• Demonstrate ability to lead, conduct future team learnings, and recommend process improvements
• Must have keen attention to details, and understand how timeliness and accuracy of work impacts overall client experience and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Identify technical issues that arise during the course of the engagements and research the relevant technical and regulatory guidance affecting the Client’s transaction/position
• Prepare and draft process documents and technical memos
