Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a Technical Account who will serve as the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. You will provide basic to intermediate technical support while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot common issues related to software, hardware, devices, or connectivity
• Guide customers through clear, step-by-step solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
• Escalate complex concerns to higher-level technical teams
• Meet quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity metrics
