Technical Account Manager, OpenShift

Red Hat's Public Sector Technical Services team is looking for an experienced, enterprise-level engineer to join us as an OpenShift Technical Account Manager in the Public Sector Organization. In this role, you will work with key enterprise customers to provide architectural guidance and implementation advice for the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and OpenShift Virtualization to meet their business needs. This is not a sales role. You'll be a dedicated customer engagement associate and a member of the Red Hat Engineering and Technical Support teams. As an OpenShift Technical Account Manager, you will provide a premium level of engagement that builds, maintains, and grows long-lasting customer loyalty by tailoring technical support to customer environments, guiding modern application and virtual machine (VM) modernization strategies, facilitating collaboration with other vendors, and advocating on their behalf.
