This is not a traditional customer success role.
You’ll be the technical face of Adaptive post-sale — working directly with Dev Ops, Security, and Engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and scale our product inside some of India’s fastest-growing companies.
You will directly influence expansion, retention, and long-term customer success.
If you enjoy being hands-on with infrastructure and solving real security problems, this role puts you at the center of it.
