About The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of strategic accounts. You'll blend deep technical expertise with business acumen to guide customers through successful adoption, expansion, and optimization of our AI and analytics solutions. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver exceptional value and ensure customer outcomes.
