Job Summary: We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies. You’ll provide guidance to both new and existing customers about AWS technologies, services, and offerings. You’ll collaborate with other Rackspace teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions using various public cloud services. Your role involves helping customers rethink their technical platforms and application landscapes, promoting cloud-native technologies, and driving innovation within their business.

Work Location: If located in Mexico City, a hybrid schedule of two days in the office and three days remote is preferred. Fully remote work is available in Aquascalientes, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Puebla, or Queretaro.
