Seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician to support surgical teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role involves preparing operating rooms, assisting during procedures, and ensuring patient safety and sterile techniques are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms by gowning, gloving, and organizing surgical equipment.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgical procedures.
- Ensure sterile techniques and infection control protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of surgical supplies and procedures.
- Respond quickly to surgeon requests and assist in the setup of surgical instruments.
- Monitor and support patient safety throughout the surgical process.
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
