Innova Solutions is partnering with a client that is actively seeking to hire a Technical Support Specialist for an immediate opening.


Title: Technical Support Specialist

Duration: 3+ month contract with potential extension/conversion

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract on W2

Location: Dublin, CA



In this role, you will:

• Provide desktop and helpdesk support for Windows PCs, laptops, and Intel-based systems

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft O365, and business applications

• Manage user accounts, printers, file permissions, and network connectivity issues

• Setup, relocate, and support workstations, laptops, printers, AV, and telecom systems

• Assist with basic network support, technical documentation, and special IT projects

• Deliver timely and professional technical support while participating in after-hours rotations
