JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Park Services powered equipment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Responsible for routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting down to failed component for repairs to all small engine equipment according to manufacturer’s factory specifications. Equipment includes – but not limited to –pressure washers, scrubbers, hoses, generators, sandman, street vacuums, carpet vacuums, carpet extractors, auto scrubbers, wet vacs, resort wide hand dryers, and maid carts.

+ Checking with Leads daily to ensure equipment is functioning properly and addressing any concerns they have in a timely manner. Responds to downtimes and recovery related issues such as hose repair, pressure washer failure, general equipment defects, and emergency chemical spills (oil, paint, hydraulic fluid, etc).
