Tech Lead

About the role:

Flo is building the future of renewable electricity retail in Singapore and Australia. We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (Backend) to drive architecture, delivery, and team growth within a key product vertical.

What you'll do:

Technical Leadership & System Ownership

• Lead system design and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex backend systems from ideation to delivery (into production)
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and technical trade-offs
• Drive standardisation, reusable patterns, and platform-level improvements
• Strengthen best practices across predictability, code quality, testing, observability, and infrastructure
• Contribute meaningfully to the codebase while setting technical direction
