What You Must Have:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and .NET technologies.
Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of code quality standards and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Agile environments.
