Tech Lead Electrical Engineer

As a Tech Lead Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the design and development of embedded electronic products—from concepts through production. You'll lead electrical architecture decisions, oversee PCB development, and guide a team of 2–3 engineers. This is a technical leadership role for someone passionate about building reliable, field-ready products and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop embedded electronic systems for products such as vehicle lighting, pressure governors, sensors, and control modules.

Drive hardware development, including schematic design, PCB layout functional and system level testing.

Lead technical decision-making and provide day-to-day guidance for a team of 2–3 engineers.

Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, manufacturing engineers, and product managers to deliver robust, manufacturable solutions.
