Tech Lead

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical direction of our core platform modernization. In this leadership role, you will own the architecture and execution of our migration from a monolithic .NET and SQL Server stack to a scalable, cloud-native microservices ecosystem. You will mentor and guide a team of engineers, serve as a primary technical decision-maker, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business goals.
