The Role

Lead the engineering team through a critical 90-day transformation. The role involves architecting and building the unified Clients tab in Weave, which serves as the foundation that ties together planning, portfolio data, files, and communication. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring system design, coding, team coordination, and the establishment of engineering practices.
