About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive system development, technical architecture, and platform reliability across our products and internal systems. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys coding, designing scalable solutions, and guiding a development team while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and implementation of systems and platforms
• Oversee and optimize internal systems including CRM, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Drive data migration, automation, and system enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with Business and Operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
