Due to a new site in** Skien, Norway,** we are recruiting for a **Team Leader**to join our team! You will report into the supervisor, supporting a leading technology brand customer.
- As a **Team Leader,** you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, reporting into the Supervisor
- Leading a team of **5 -10** warehouse employees
- Fluency in **Norwegian** and** English** is required, both verbal and written
- Hours**: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week, daytime working**
**What you do on a typical day**
- As a **Team Leader,**you will manage the team’s performance continually, develop associates by providing training and coaching
- Responsible for meeting all operational KPI’s
- Assigns duties and monitors work completion for accuracy
- Maintains a safe work environment and fosters a positive team dynamic, resolving employee relations issues and administering corrective action as required
