Your responsibilities:

  • As Team Lead, you manage, mentor and support the newly merged Southern Europe Customer Service team covering the Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French markets by acting as the central point of contact.

  • By fostering a positive work environment, you coach and train team members, define clear goals and drive continuous team development. Furthermore, you take on both professional and disciplinary leadership tasks, including holiday planning, time management and performance reviews.
