As a Teaming Platform Consultant, you will help advisors navigate MassMutual’s Teaming platform to grow and strengthen their businesses. Teaming is a powerful strategy for financial advisors to drive business success, and this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their journey to forming and developing healthy advisor teams. The Teaming platform offers a comprehensive mix of team-based compensation, recognition, and practice management support.

In this role, you will engage with financial advisors and agency leaders at an advanced consultative level to increase platform adoption and ongoing utilization. You will identify and implement enhancements to strengthen the platform and oversee an upcoming platform transformation.
