We deliver projects in Poland and throughout the CEE region, serving clients from various industries, with a particular focus on retail and consumer goods, oil, gas & chemical, financial services, or life sciences. We assist clients in making strategic decisions, support them in operational process improvement, and aid in business development. Our most frequent projects encompass business, organizational, consumer, and operational excellence strategies as well as M&A transaction support.
