Responsibilities
- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
- Reads the logbook daily and takes action accordingly.
- Provides information regarding the hotel’s facilities & services.
- Ensures to always be informed of VIP in-house and daily functions.
- Handles guest complaints in accordance with service recovery guidelines.
- Knows and strictly follows all established cleaning procedures for:
- Polishing
- Vacuuming
- Scrubbing
- Mopping
- Shampooing
- Dusting
- Completes Room/Public Area work assignment sheet.
- Knows how to operate/use available Housekeeping machinery and chemicals according to established standards.
- Follows all procedures for Lost and Found.
- Is familiar with and adheres to all housekeeping procedures for the issuing and...
