Job Summary: 


The Team Member ( role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. 


Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • The TM maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner. 
  • The TM contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.
