We are looking for a well‑organized and active person to join our team in the position of Team Manager , ensuring operational excellence, management, and development of the Game Presenters' team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and engage a team of Game Presenters, building strong team spirit
• Develop and organize training sessions according to current needs
• Onboard newcomers, ensuring a flawless employee experience from the start
• Handle disciplinary cases and manage ad‑hoc situations
• Continuously manage the team to deliver required results
• Respond to various requests from team members in a timely manner
• Establish and foster cross‑departmental cooperation
• Analyze employee data and manage monthly bonus distribution
• Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, etc.)
