JOB PURPOSE

To be a Brand Ambassador and a business leader, who conveys the Brand philosophy and values to the Store team and to the final Client. To be responsible for effectively supervising all floor activities and achieving the sales objectives through providing an exceptional Customer experience. To be a visible presence in supporting the business by leading, training and developing the floor team always ensuring that commercial strategies and company procedures are proactively put in place and collaborating with the Department Managers.
