Team Manager

THE ROLE
We are seeking a Team Manager to join our After Hours program on a ongoing, full time rostered basis and make a real difference in the lives of children, young people and families. This position is based in Bendigo.
As part of the After-Hours team you will work to a structured, rostered model and provide response and emergency outreach visits as required to all child protection matters that are received outside core business hours; at night, on weekends and on public holidays and will be entitled to applicable penalty rates and allowances.
The Child Protection Team Manager is responsible for effective service delivery, managing resources and budget, cases awaiting allocation and small teams of practitioners.
