Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Data team (data engineers, data analysts and data architects); set clear goals, coach performance, and foster a collaborative delivery culture.

Drive prioritization based on business value, strategic impact and feasibility; maintain a transparent backlog and delivery roadmap – including AI‑enabling priorities where data foundations are critical.

Ensure key datasets are AI‑ready and adopted by driving data quality, documentation and consistent business semantics that support downstream AI and analytics consumption.

Manage stakeholder demand end‑to‑end: clarify needs, translate into deliverable requirements, and align expectations across business and IT.
