Team Leader Location: Leigh Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour (weekly or monthly pay available) Shift Pattern: 34 hours on shift, nights and days and two hours admin. Contract: Fixed term (12 months) We are currently recruiting for anenthusiastic and experienced TeamLeader in Healthcare tosupport the delivery and coordination of a specialist care package for a ten-year-old girl living at home with her parents in Leigh. She has DiGeorge syndrome and requires round-the-clock support from a consistent team.She is non-verbal, so you will learn to understand her individual communication cues, with full specialist training provided.She is a warm and engaging child who enjoys baking, sensory play, music, Disney films, and pampering, and is supported by a loving extended family.She has complex clinical needs, including ventilator dependency via tracheostomy, epilepsy, dystonia, scoliosis, visual and hearing impairments, and has a J-Peg for nutritional and fluids.
