In this role your time will be split between leadership responsibilities and also managing a clinical caseload. Ideal for someone with a Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapist (Physiotherapists may also be considered)

Leadership Responsibilities:

As the Team Leader of Therapy Services you will deliver high quality, client-focused and outcome driven services to patients with a disability. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of 5-8 allied health professionals.
• Building and maintaining the engagement, cultural identity and retention of therapy teams
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and government agencies.
