We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dedicated Supported Living Service for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs . Our goal is simple — to empower each person we support to live a fulfilling, independent and meaningful life.

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered every day. You’ll lead by example, supporting both the staff team and the individuals we support to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and develop a team of Support Workers. Complete Supervisions, Appraisals, make sure training is completed
