We are currently recruiting a Team Leader Support Worker to join our team supporting adults with needs in the Hyndburn area.

The Role

The ideal candidate will be confident working from their own initiative and able to adapt to changing needs. You will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex mental health needs, promoting independence, and facilitating meaningful community engagement. Consistency and reliability are essential.

The service in Hyndburn is a supported living service for 4 individuals, each with their own self‑contained apartment and core team. Primary diagnosis of mental health need, the individuals we support may also have:

• Personality Disorder including EUPD
• Self-harm and Suicidal ideation
