Job Description

1. Team Leadership:
   • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of mechanical, electrical, welders, tire man technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
   • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training team members for skill development and performance improvement.
   • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the availability of plant equipment, ensuring alignment with production schedules and operational needs.
   • Collaborate with production planners to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities based on equipment criticality and production requirements.
2. Maintenance Coordination:
   • Coordinate and schedule mechanical maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
