Overview
Glassmoon Services Ltd has exciting opportunities for a Team Leader at our new service in St. Austell, Cornwall. The successful candidate will deliver a combination of direct support and management time, which varies depending on the needs of the Service. As a Team Leader, can you lead and support the people we support to build confidence, resilience and express themselves in positive ways? You will support and enable the People We Support to maintain skills and personal interests, whilst delivering person-centred care unique to each individual, aligned with our person-led support delivery model. You will provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the support and direction of Glassmoon Services.
