Job Description
We are exclusively looking for Team lead/Senior Healthcare Assistant who have full, unrestricted working rights in the UK. Individuals with visa or legal work hour restrictions are strongly discouraged from applying.
Role responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality personal care to residents
* Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
* Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes
* Supporting and reviewing individual care plans
* Supervising junior staff and assisting with training
* Carrying out basic clinical duties as required
Requirements:
* Must have a valid Medication Administration certificate
* Must have NVQ Level-3 in Health and Social Care (Level-3 Diploma in Adult Care)
* Right to work in the UK
* Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Team lead or Senior Carer in a care home
* Flexible, reliable, and person-centred approach
What we offer:
* Competitive pay of £14.50 – £15.50 per hour
