Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader with a service mindset to provide professional service to our customers in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be at the core of KONE - an everyday hero who makes people's lives easier.
You will work towards ensuring quality service, improving equipment safety and performance as well as promoting regular and proactive on-site communication to the customer and the people using the equipment. As a team leader, you will be responsible to drive and execute the VA & VB repair activities and manage a team of technicians.
Caring about safety on site by applying good safety practices highlighting proactive risk identification and STOP and GO principles
Manage on-site communication with the customer for day to day installation activities with a continuous coordination with the Field Supervisor.
Manages the equipment installation environment during installation activities.
