Job Summary
The Team Leader is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for the Bone Mineral Densitometry (BMD), General Diagnostics and Ultrasound services of MakatiMed Wellness Center (MWC). He/She also assists the Operations Manager (OM), MWC in planning, directing and controlling the human, physical and information resources for these services following local and international radiologic standards.
Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Administrative such as assisting OM, MWC in developing and updating procedures of the unit

Service Quality Management such as establishing, implementing and monitoring compliance to quality and safety measures of the assigned services

Customer Service such as recommending preventive and corrective actions related to feedback received
