Overview

The Team Leader (Water Treatment) is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient operation of treatment and network facilities, scheduling daily tasks, and supporting the Water Treatment Supervisor with hands‑on operational duties to ensure high‑quality drinking water.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule routine, planned and breakdown maintenance of plant and network assets.
• Identify, report and troubleshoot equipment and infrastructure issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Participate in the On‑Call duty roster and supervise operators as needed.
• Manage health, safety, quality assurance and environmental procedures, attending toolbox talks and meetings.
