What You will do:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the planning and safe execution of all kinds of maintenance activities, including preventive, condition monitoring, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective maintenance of equipment in line with manufacturer’s guidelines.
Achieve assigned equipment KPIs.
Communicate safety alerts and ensure compliance with safety standards, including JSA and work permit requirements.
Maintain and update maintenance of software/tools, ensuring data security and backups.
Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
Issue or obtain the MAXIMO Sheet from the Maintenance Planners for new or unscheduled maintenance work.
Coordinate with Operations for equipment availability and provide regular progress updates.
