About The Job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader Project Department to strengthen our Project Management Team. In this role, you will plan, supervise and manage project managers across a range of projects, in accordance with Alfa Laval's project methodology to reach desired outcomes.

Our Alfa Laval site in Allschwil, Switzerland is one of the world leaders in the design and manufacture of cryogenic pumps for the liquefied gas industry.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Project Managers - fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
• Oversee customer account allocation and ensure balanced workload distribution and high-quality delivery across the team
