Team Leader Production Support

Location: Coulport, near Helensburgh (Scotland – 20 minutes north of Helensburgh)

Package: From £50,000 (dependent on experience and suitability for the role)

Working pattern: Monday–Thursday core hours, with opportunities for earnings through shifts and overtime, including occasional weekend work.

The production operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading and supervising teams of operations staff to safely deliver programmes, tasks and products in line with customer requirements for time, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise teams of operations staff.
• Deliver tasks and products on time, within cost, and to quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Apply quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Work a flexible schedule including shifts, overtime and occasional weekend work.
