**Summary**

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

+ Plan the working shift/hours and overtime schedule of employees (Quality Support 1-3) under his/her assigned area.
+ Review defects found by Quality Inspector, prepare report, notify and work with team for correction and drive for solution.
+ Provides direct supervision and training to employees (Quality Support 1-3) performing routine work.
+ Monitor and review performance, attendance and disciplinary of Quality Inspector.
+ Stop line and escalate the quality incident to the Manager as necessary.
