Talentmark are recruiting for a Process Team Leader to join a materials manufacturing company, at their site based in Oldbury, on a permanent basis.
This is a shift based role. The hours are 7am to 7pm, with a pattern of two days, two nights, then six days off.
Salary:
This role offers a salary of £73,000, inclusive of shift allowance.

Process Operator Role:
To lead the efficient operation of Fine Chemicals & Innovation Unit processes.
Organise the shift to safely run new and existing chemical processes, closely following detailed instructions, and troubleshooting issues as they occur.
Materials handling using Fork Lift Truck, lifting aids and manual handling.
Plant process monitoring including sampling and analysis as appropriate.
