**The main duties and responsibilities for this role will include the following:**

+ To assist the Assistant Manager - The Bar by ensuring that all policies and procedures are successfully executed
+ To provide exceptional guest service at all times and handles all guest and colleague inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
+ To ensure that the food and beverage standards are implemented
+ Assist the bar team in the creation of new cocktails in line with current trends
