Together with their AU partners, employers, medical providers and customers, they drive industry-leading return-to-work outcomes and safe work initiatives.
 As the Team Lead, you will be expected to manage & monitor the functions within the Data Entry team, and to provide the highest level of service to both internal and external customers.
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
 Lead teams into achieving day-to-day metric goals including SLA by offering pro-active solutions through Operations Manager, and completing monthly deliverables and tasks.
