Job Title: Team Leader - *INTERNAL VACANCY*

Location: Stanmore School, Lanark, ML11 7RR

Hours: 37 hours per week (term time only)

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our leadership team, supporting the Head Teacher and Principal Teacher in the operation of Stanmore House School.

You will coordinate and supervise a team of support staff, delivering a high standard of social care practice using a person-centred approach that reflects each learner’s individual needs, wants, and aspirations.

In addition to supporting the care aspects of your team’s role, you and your team will work alongside education and therapy staff to enhance learners’ educational outcomes.
