Job Description:
- Lead and coordinate service crew during shifts
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures
- Assign staff duties and monitor attendance and performance
- Maintain service quality and handle basic customer complaints
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
- Assist in training new staff
- Support cashiering and monitor basic stock levels
- Report operational or disciplinary issues to Operation Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
