Team Leader

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the end-to-end R2R process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting and ensure alignment with organization goal.
• Ensure smooth daily R2R operations and ensure timely closing activities and reporting packages to Head Office.
• Ensure compliance to internal controls, accounting policies, group reporting requirements and SOPs.
• Align with FBSG process owners or other country best practices to drive the process standardization and efficiency.
• Work closely with FBSG finance team and have periodic meetings to detect/solve accounting related issues for mitigation and continual improvement.
• Review Balance sheet account review and sub modules reconciliations, and make sure there is no significant risk and exposures related with compliance and Internal control.
