Responsibilities:-

1. Customer Satisfaction

2. Listen and communicate positively with customers to build a strong and loyal relationship

3. Ensure that all product, facilities and services that were advertised and promoted are correct and updated. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately

4. Participate in store re-opening process by welcoming customers and filling up the shortages

5. Organization Efficiency

6. Keep the Company's assets in good operating condition

7. Observe and comply with Company's policies
8. Ensure that Assets are in good condition and to train team member to do the same as well
9. Participating in ensuring that all safety and security equipment are in good working condition
10. Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the merchandise flow, implantation and presentation
11. Emphasize on teamwork and teambuilding to create a happy and harmonious work...
