Team Leader in care

Radis Community Care have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team based in Cheltenham at Middelton House.

Middleton House is one of our Extra Care Schemes, which has 49 one and two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible.

About the role

As a Team Leader you will provide support to our extra care complex, providing specialised support to individuals. Radis recognise each person as an individual and provide a unique service which is tailored to their specific needs and provide a consistent approach throughout their life.

Shifts include: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm, and 8am-4pm (including alternate weekends)

You will be the first point of contact for the package, providing supervisions / meetings and support to the Care Workers. The role will require you to schedule / allocate work to the Care Workers ensuring personal care and all care ...
